Cast Your Cares on Him

1 Peter 5:7

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Philippians 4:6

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Some burdens were never meant to stay in your hands. You carry them because they feel important, or because no one else seems to notice. But Jesus already invited you to lay them down. He cares for you—not from a distance, but close enough to take the weight. The cross proved how far He would go to lift what you could not carry. You do not have to pretend you are fine. You do not have to figure it all out first. Bring it to Him. Name it. Release it. His care is not a last resort. It is the safest place for what is heavy.

1
Lay It Down

Tell the Lord one specific worry you have been carrying and release it into His hands.

2
Live It Out Boldly

Check in on someone else who may be carrying a quiet burden and offer to pray with them.

Lord, I bring You what has been weighing on my heart. Thank You that You care for me. Help me trust You with what I cannot control. “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).
